Why should
I sell my Property here?
Firstly because the site has been fully optimised with the most common key words used by house buyers who are looking for property. The site has also been promoted in the press. You found the site and so will buyers. Secondly because it is free and you have nothing to loose. Thirdly because if you decide to sell your house yourself you will save thousands of pounds in Estate Agents fees. Can I
sell my house myself?
Of course. It's only tradition that says you have to use an Estate Agent. Selling your house is very like selling you car, only you will need a solicitor to process the transaction. You will also have to show potential buyers round yourself, but who knows your house best and who wants to sell it more, you or an Estate agent. The best thing is that you won't have to pay an Estate Agent thounds of pounds to do what you can do yourself. You can only give it a try. How do
I set a price for my property?
Local estate agents will give you an idea as to what similar properties are on the market at present. Sites such as Houseprices.co.uk will tell you what properties in your postcode sold for recently.

There are a number of online suppliers to choose from. You then Register with the site and follow the instructions. How do
I sell my property once on the site?
Appoint a local solicitor who specialises in house sales. Register and then add your property as per the instructions. When you are contacted by potential buyers make arrangements for them to view the property. Make sure you have a clear idea of what you want to show and what the potential selling points might be. If you live alone and are uncomfortable letting people in to view your property then arrange for a relative, friend or neighour to be with you. If your potential buyer likes the property and makes an offer, then negotiate a price acceptable to both of you. Once agreed instruct your solicitor and give him the buyers details and the price agreed. Your solicitor will then handle the rest of the sale through to completion. Do I need
